This could form section 3 of the 3 section cover.  On the Tonneau surface, this would look like a standard Tonneau Cover section, yet, on removal from the payload area, the user has the benefit of ladder/leg sections attached to its underside, so that this whole section when released forms:

1. A standard size picnic table (670 cms height) for the garden or for camping in the great outdoors
2. A work (paste) table for home DIY usage
3. A working platform for tradesmen
4. A portable, detachable, extending (251 cms) ladder for independent usage.  

If you ever sell your Pick-up Truck, you can still keep the Table/Platform and ladder cover section for independent use.
