This fits snugly on the underside of a section and sits in the payload area.  It is lockable and doubly secure once enclosed within the three section cover, to deter further any thieves who would have to dismantle and pull off the section to locate the toolbox.  This is a workman's dream product as tools can be left securely on the truck safely, yet removed easily by the owner when needed.  Also if you ever sell your truck you can still keep the toolbox!
